Yesterday was spent trouble shooting auto pilot and our main steering system. We added hydraulic fluid, lubricated, pressurized, and added a considerable amount of WD-40. We have yet to find a smoking gun… but auto held through the night! We are now pointed right at Hilo, sailing downwind with about 300 nm to go. Seas have flattened out significantly and it was nice to have a night with minimal pitching and rolling. ⛵️
